I cannot believe people who have been with a single company and 70 years old with 40 -50 yrs service would turn down an exit package of 60,000 dollars to leave. What is wrong with these idiots. The company is on the verge of shutdown and for some reason these people think they will be there for another 3-5 years. Hell give me 15K and I am gone to look for another jobDamn. 
What is wrong with these peoples minds that they want to stay at a place they all hate and bitch about everyday for the past 30 -40 - 50 years. Maybe they should read the sign and do what it says as they might have enough sense to do that maybe.
